I came to Envive in feb 2023 for rehab after I had my femur replaced. The entire staff was fantastic. I was lucky enough to get a room to myself and a lift chair. I actully looked forward to physical therapy ladies keep the time your in there very upbeat, telling jokes and so encouraging. I was there for a month and was doing pretty good when I left. I have stopped in a time or two just to say hi and drop off small thank you gifts.

My mom was in Breckenridge for rehab. She played bingo and did different things with them, and they took them out. She was there for quite a while. They had a lady that did exercises with them if they needed it. Some staff were good, some were bad. They had a pretty big turnover. I ate there during special events like Christmas andd Thanksgiving dinner and it was fairly good. They had one guy that handled maintenance for three different places, so he was stretched a bit, but I never saw any bathrooms that were down or anything like that. They had different kinds of food that they could choose from. For lunches, they'd have two different kinds of sandwiches they could pick from.

I have been a resident at Breckenridge for one year and nine months. I gave them five stars because they take excellent care of me. In spite of the owners reluctance to get additional CNAs and nurses, the dedicated personnel that work here work hard and always do what is necessary to make everyone comfortable. The CNAs are amazing, anyone who cannot do the work doesn't last, the others are devoted to caring for the residents.

We visited Breckenridge Health & Rehabilitation and it was new and looked nice. We spoke to the director and I would have been satisfied with their services. There were activities and programs. But pets were not allowed in the facility.
