"My grandfather was placed in Washington Nursing center during the final months of his life. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The CNA's were very watchful of my grandfather and took great care to make sure his stay was very comfortable. The CNA's also took time out to make sure my family that visited was also comfortable buy bringing us blankets or even coffee. The nurses were nice, however it seemed to take them forever to get to his room at times, but I assume it was because they had many other people to care for too. I cannot say how the food was as we did not eat there and my grandfather was unable to eat during his stay. The building its self was very clean and well kept inside and out. The housekeepers did an excellent job considering their work load. I would greatly recommend this facility. "

"Hillside Manor Nursing Home was not fancy. There was not a lot of fancy furniture or pictures on the wall but as far as the care is concerned, I have no problems whatsoever with that. My wife was kept clean and she was well fed. They treated her as they should always. I would go there myself in a heartbeat. I never saw anything or heard anything that caused me any concern. She had to be fed and I was there at lunchtime several times. I said "Hey, I can do that." and they said "No, no, no. That's my job and I want to do it." So, I sat there, watched, and her eyes were 99% closed. So, they put the food on the spoon, touched her lips, she'd open her lips, take it, chew it, swallow, and they would go to the next bite. I saw what she was eating and I thought it looked pretty good. Better than what I'm going to eat when I get home. I saw the menu for a week more than once and all looked attractive. It was presented as it should be. It was clean. There was a room that I saw from where she was eating where I could see the games that could be played. There were people there playing Monopoly or card games. As far as something organized like a group thing, I never witnessed that, but I have no problems."

"My husband spent two weeks in Oakview Nursing & Rehabilitation after being in the hospital. He needed rehab to just build his strength back up. We were very pleased. We had no problem getting into the nursing home as soon as they knew he wasn't going to be on chemo. They will not take patients on chemo. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the size of the rooms. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. They had windows, which is always helpful for people like my husband who's claustrophobic. The nurses were very kind and considerate. My husband felt that the help did come not always as fast as he would like, but normal for what you get when they're trying to handle many, many patients. When you hit your call button, they may be helping somebody else that's in a worse crisis than you are if it's just you need to go to the bathroom. All in all, my husband was very pleased with them. He liked the physical therapist and the occupational therapist who each came twice a day. He felt the food was good for a nursing home, that there was a variety, and so forth. We were very pleased with it and we would recommend people to go there, especially for rehab. I don't know what it's like when they're not there for rehab because we were just in the rehab section. My husband didn't have anybody he didn't like and he felt that they were all kind and considerate. It was clean and well kept. They had some nice activities. They had band groups that came in, they had piano players that came in, and there were church groups that came in. They offered quite a bit and they would have things like bingo. He was there for four weeks and I know there were at least two of those activities while he was there."

"My spouse was admitted with late stage dementia. Staff is very sweet to him and they try very hard to do all they can for him. He is now also on Hospuce, but stays in Assisted Living room because it is his home. Food is great! No large turnover in staff. They have kept clear of Covid in residents. Activities are readily available but not forced on residents. Some patients are end stage Alzheimers or dementia, or just very old so former review might have seen some asleep in hall. Kudos for staff for getting them out of bed even for a little while each day. Great place for loved ones❤"

"Our visit to Cotillion Ridge-Robinson, IL was wonderful, it was great. The staff who gave us the tour were excellent, I've only met a couple but they were great. The facility itself seemed excellent to me, it was very homey and it was just a very nice facility. The interior was excellent, it was all modern and updated in terms of colors, textures, paintings, everything was up to date and very nice. The location is pretty good. The staff we've interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything."
