Are you kidding me??? This has to be the worst nursing home in all of Daviess County!! Severly understaffed, dirty rundown facility, that has seen it's better days. Several changes in nursing home administration which is not a good sign...beware and look somewhere else!!

Washington Nursing Center is overall a fairly clean facility. The nursing staff is helpful and respectful of the residents and their families. The level of care could always be better, but in general is not bad by any means. Washington Nursing Home is a nice building and located in a clean, safe community. This nursing facility is a nice option for assisted living in the Daviess County, Indiana area.

My grandfather was placed in Washington Nursing center during the final months of his life. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The CNA's were very watchful of my grandfather and took great care to make sure his stay was very comfortable. The CNA's also took time out to make sure my family that visited was also comfortable buy bringing us blankets or even coffee. The nurses were nice, however it seemed to take them forever to get to his room at times, but I assume it was because they had many other people to care for too. I cannot say how the food was as we did not eat there and my grandfather was unable to eat during his stay. The building its self was very clean and well kept inside and out. The housekeepers did an excellent job considering their work load. I would greatly recommend this facility.
