"I went here and I like the family dining area, and everybody seemed very nice that was there, the residents and the staff. They walked me around, they showed me everything, and they were very thorough. The person that showed me around was very professional. I ate some muffins, and the muffins were good. I didn't have any drinks. They sent muffins home with me, and they were very good. The room had a small kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, and then the kitchen sink."

"The rooms are good sized. The staff is caring. There are activities that one can participate in. The lady who sits at the front desk Jamie is courteous friendly and cares about you. If you need it Ot and pt it is on site. Meals are provided."

"I toured Solarbron Pointe. I chose it because I was born a couple of miles away and grew up in the area. The staff who assisted with the tour were kind, very special, and exceedingly competent. It's on a beautiful campus with lots of back riding trails. The landscape is gorgeous. The facility is top-notch. They provide meals. The cafeteria is beautiful and I'm sure the food is equally well."

"Primrose Retirement Community of Newburgh was good. It's a very nice facility. They don't have very much availability right now, but they offer a lot of amenities. They have an enclosed garage, upstairs and downstairs apartments, a theater room, a pub, assisted living care, independent living, and memory care. They have all sorts of activities, and there's a lot of community involvement. The rooms were nice. They're very, very roomy, and I think they offer anything a person could want. It's in a good spot too. It's peaceful but still not too far from places. The staff was very personable and didn't really rush me through things. I expected to be there for about an hour tops, but I think I was there for over two hours. So, she didn't rush me by any means; instead she showed me things, answered my questions, and provided me with the information I needed."

"At Lakeside Manor, they didn’t have a walk-in shower for a one-bedroom unit, and that’s what I needed. The staff was very nice. The facility was clean. It is in a highway retail area, so there are places around but nothing on the premises. "

"My relative moved to Holiday Retirement Village. The facility is very clean, homey, and very welcoming. The rooms are very large and nice, and he is very happy with it. We're very happy with the staff. They've been really responsive, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a daily schedule of activities that they can participate in, and they will take them places. They have bingo. For the value, they're pretty comparable depending on the care. I helped him with his menu and asked several times how he liked it. He likes it and he gained weight in the first four days."
