"They do not provide IVIG infusion services at this time, but do provide antibiotic infusion management. They provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy as needed and will train family member to take over. They provide a bath aide and they usually come twice a week. The only problem I've experienced is that some nurses are not using sterile and clean technique according to standard nursing practices. Even after reporting the instances, and having the nurses return, they continued to disregard standards. For example, placing non-sterile syringes onto sterile field while accessing my port-a-cath. Other nurses are very good. The problem seems to be at the supervisory level in not doing retraining after a problem is found, and assuring the nurse corrected the problem. The other problem is in the turnover rate in the CNA's (bath aides). They are required to do the duties of three positions, bath aide, office worker, and delivery person. In requiring them to perform the duties of those positions, along with those of a full time bath aide, creates stress and eventually they get overwhelmed and look for employment, elsewhere. This turnover rate affects the patient's continuity of care because of repeatedly having a new person learning how best to care for the patient. If they would work out those problems they would get 5 stars and would be outstanding. "

"The ladies in the Madisonville, KY office offered great care. They were always friendly, helpful, and courteous anytime I called about my mother. The nurse came out on weekends a few times when needed and called back to check to see how mom was doing the next day. Once when I repeatedly called the staff for questions concerning a medical situation with my mom they were always friendly and never seemed frustrated that I contiuned to call. "
