In requiring them to perform the duties of those positions, along with those of a full time bath aide, creates stress and eventually they get overwhelmed and look for employment, elsewhere. This turnover rate affects the patient's continuity of care because of repeatedly having a new person learning how best to care for the patient. If they would work out those problems they would get 5 stars and would be outstanding. "
