I was very disappointed how executive director has lied and not a good person or manager. Richard should be removed immediately!!! My birthday is approaching cannot get the majority of them 😭 and when needed to talk to him about this he blocked my phone number. Shame on owners letting a person like that running their business!!!

I like that so many residents like to participate in games and activities. They're very friendly. The staff is great. There's all the comforts of home here. They're pet friendly which is great because I can have my dog here with me and she's friendly with all my neighbors.

I have made so many friends since moving here. I love to do all of the activities. My favorite game is bingo. I like to do the shopping outings and when we could go out to lunch. I love that we have had to reteach ourselves games that we forgot how to play. March and April we could only do socially distant bingo and then the activites lady was off for a bit so we forgot how to play farkle!

Its a shame that only one review is entered on this site so I am offering an additional observation. I am a family member with a senior who is a guess at the facility. From day one all who we came in contact with made every effort and show respect and real concern for the care of our family member, with a focus on allowing as much individual freedom to do for themself as much can to retain self respect, while trusting that the staff are more than willing to help in any way needed. Their point of veiw to providing care is on target. Changing the possiblity for some to believe that there is a reson to live longer, and continue to grow. So is Wood Ridge perfect no, but my family is very pleased with what we see and feel about the place.
