My husband was a resident of Sage Bluff Health & Rehab Center. It's an excellent community; caring, very supportive, and staff just gave excellent service. Anything that you needed, they tried to make sure that they were on top of everything. I would recommend it to anybody. The layout was nice. It was like a new facility. It was just beautiful and well-kept. The rooms were nice. He had a private room, so I was impressed with that.

Michele is great with answering questions and helping families during a difficult time. She is always available and the community is beautiful.

I was very impressed with the facility: clean, nice sized rooms, activities..... But after placing my mother there.....i was sorely disappointed in care, dining service, etc. They said they had room service, but you call for more drink and you never get it. Felt nursing staff not fully trained in the ailgment my mother had, head injury. Felt like used Mom's no as a way to not have to do the care. The are constantly uner staffed. They want you in the dinning room for diner at a certain time, but then diner caoul be as late as an hour!!!!! I was suckered into the nice facility.
