My friend has been in CrownPointe of Anderson for six months now, and she has decided that she wants to stay there. She is in a cottage. It's a two-bedroom apartment with all appliances furnished, and it has a garage. They also have condos, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms. If they need to go into nursing home type, they have a large nursing home area where they have games, a library, a shuttle service to take them to town, and that kind of stuff. They're very good at keeping the lawn mowed and keeping the shrubs trimmed and all that kind of stuff. The staff that I've encountered has been wonderful. Meals are included when they are in the nursing home part, but they have their own kitchens in their little cottages. They have activities going on. They have a monthly activity calendar that they put out for everyone. They have a hair salon and an ice cream shop for the residents. My friend pays $1100 a month for a two-bedroom-one-bath with a complete kitchen and an attached garage with a garage door opener.
