"We only had Nightingale Home Healthcare for 9 weeks and then they said they couldn’t continue. This is the agency that mom’s insurance would help provide. They had a nurse come out and do some blood work and some vitals on my mother and then we had an aide come out and give her a bath. We tried to get information from and they just didn’t have it available and that concerned me because I didn’t want to wait until the next day to get the information but the people that came out were very helpful. They did a good job. It was just the office people, I guess. They showed up when they were supposed to and the aide would call ahead of time just to make sure that everything was okay for her to come which, in a couple of instances, was a good thing because mom wasn’t available as she had to go to the doctor or something. But it worked out really well. "

"They started out with the name Nursefinders and they had very good service and sent us qualified CNA's and Aides. The criteria for their Aides at that time were for them to have at least 2 years experience working in a healthcare facility. They required them to come in frequently for training and to make sure their skills were sharp. Then they changed their name to Nurses and More. At that time the quality of skill level dropped. They no longer had the requirements to have worked in a facility and they did not do any extra training other than the initial one day training. At the same time they started to not be able to staff us with Aides for my son, but they continued to take on new clients. This was not fair to us as we truly needed the help. The girl that did the scheduling was rude and never seemed to be concerned about his needs. "

"BrightStar was not right for our family. They could not provide consistent caregivers for our mom. They sent different people every day or so casing confusing for my mom and placing a burden on our family. Further, they bill clients for hours not worked. Several caregivers arrived late."

"I love these providers. They see to all my needs. I am 63, and can't hardly walk any more. I use to do everything for everybody else. Now I have Hearts Integrity, and they have been a God send I took care of my mother, may she RIP. She died at age 53. Then my dad became sick (cancer), and I never left his side. In between them I lost my beautiful sister to breast cancer. She was only 42 or 43. I was always a worker, and I had OCD. I moved every yard twice. I got stomach ulcers, the ones that wouldn't heal, so I had 2 operations. My husband was here, but I knew nothing about anything concerning Hearts Integrity. They were Miracle workers to me. We had been raising our grand-daughter since she was born. She is 17 now. No one expected anything like this. They cook, change sheets, run the sweeper, dust, etc. Anything I want done I put it on a piece of paper, and she does it. Right now, the same one has been with me so long she knows what to do. I hope I did everything right, because they are so deserving. But then again, all the companies are. "
