Horrible agency. Was a wonderful agency before being sold. Now patient care is terrible and the staff is almost nonexistent. If you value your family member do not use this agency.

I love these providers. They see to all my needs. I am 63, and can't hardly walk any more. I use to do everything for everybody else. Now I have Hearts Integrity, and they have been a God send I took care of my mother, may she RIP. She died at age 53. Then my dad became sick (cancer), and I never left his side. In between them I lost my beautiful sister to breast cancer. She was only 42 or 43. I was always a worker, and I had OCD. I moved every yard twice. I got stomach ulcers, the ones that wouldn't heal, so I had 2 operations. My husband was here, but I knew nothing about anything concerning Hearts Integrity. They were Miracle workers to me. We had been raising our grand-daughter since she was born. She is 17 now. No one expected anything like this. They cook, change sheets, run the sweeper, dust, etc. Anything I want done I put it on a piece of paper, and she does it. Right now, the same one has been with me so long she knows what to do. I hope I did everything right, because they are so deserving. But then again, all the companies are.
