They started out with the name Nursefinders and they had very good service and sent us qualified CNA's and Aides. The criteria for their Aides at that time were for them to have at least 2 years experience working in a healthcare facility. They required them to come in frequently for training and to make sure their skills were sharp. Then they changed their name to Nurses and More. At that time the quality of skill level dropped. They no longer had the requirements to have worked in a facility and they did not do any extra training other than the initial one day training. At the same time they started to not be able to staff us with Aides for my son, but they continued to take on new clients. This was not fair to us as we truly needed the help. The girl that did the scheduling was rude and never seemed to be concerned about his needs.

Totally unsatisfied with this provider. Had too many different Home Health Aidsin an 8 month period.
