We only had Nightingale Home Healthcare for 9 weeks and then they said they couldn’t continue. This is the agency that mom’s insurance would help provide. They had a nurse come out and do some blood work and some vitals on my mother and then we had an aide come out and give her a bath. We tried to get information from and they just didn’t have it available and that concerned me because I didn’t want to wait until the next day to get the information but the people that came out were very helpful. They did a good job. It was just the office people, I guess. They showed up when they were supposed to and the aide would call ahead of time just to make sure that everything was okay for her to come which, in a couple of instances, was a good thing because mom wasn’t available as she had to go to the doctor or something. But it worked out really well.
