Beware of this company. They are supposed to be there to help and support you, instead they fight you and make everything worse. You would be better off ,just taking care of your family member yourself. I would not recommend this company to watch your pets , diifenatley not another human being.

Highly dissatisfied

I am not at all happy with this company. They are VERY unorganized. There is a definite lack of communication. We have used them for over 2 months & still never know who is going to show up. Or even IF anyone will show up. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

There are roughly four schedulers in this company, and they don't communicate very well. When aides call off, or have requested time off, they fail to communicate with one another in the office to set up a replacement, and then they blame the aide. When the aide tells us they have requested time off we usually have to call the office to make sure someone is sent out.

Very good service. Much better than our last experience with another provider. As long as my mom is happy and pleased. That gives me peace as well.

The Individual Support Health Agency provides skilled services ( nurses, home health aides, and respite). The agency also provide personal care (attendant care, homemaking, and companion care).They are license through the Indiana State Board of Health. The agency went through CARF(Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and accreditation committed to excellence, the highest (3) year accreditation. ..Expectations are being met. The company is showing deep concerns and respect for the clients as well as the familiy's diversity. Issues were communicated and given some measures to solve ongoing issues. Staff are happy and receives monthly trainning to better equip according to client's needs.
