"I toured in person. It was very good. I was very impressed with the assisted living. It was very clean and very homey. I talked to a few of the residents, and they all like it there. It was very clean and very nice. The staff showed me a one-bedroom and then she showed me a two-bedroom. They're very, very nice rooms. They had little kitchenettes and the bathrooms of course. It was a very nice facility."

"I reached out to Primrose Retirement myself, and we went there to see it. It was great, but it was a little above our budget. The staff, Jodie, was very helpful, and she went above and beyond in trying to give us information. The place would have been closer to us so it's ideal, but it's $1000 more a month just for renting the room, and that doesn't include any care package or care plan that we would want to add. So we can't really afford it for him. We saw their dining area, and she said there is an ice-cream parlor there. We also looked at their studio apartment, and it was a nice size for a studio. Their bathrooms were huge, so it would be good for wheelchairs. Everything was clean, there wasn't any odor or anything like that, and everybody was so kind."

"This is a beautiful community with friendly staff and large clean rooms. we visited this past week to seek a new place for my grandfather. everyone was so nice and helpful. we stayed for lunch in their large restaurant like dining room and the food was better then most restaurant in town. 10 out of 10 would recommend if seeking independent living."

"My friend moved in at Waterford Place Health Campus. Their social worker is really good. She helped us with lots of questions. She helped organize a meeting so we could all be together and talk about our expectations and our needs. They are just great. My friend's room is clean and it smells nice. He said the food is really good. They have activities for the residents to do. They have a community room for them to go to so that people can hang out and do different things."

"We went to see it. I think that's where my dad will end up going, mostly because that's what he's going to be able to afford, and it's a really good place. They're really friendly, and they've been really helpful in answering questions. The person who gave us the tour went above and beyond trying to help us understand everything. She has given us a lot of information. Her name is Katrina, and she's done a great job. We were there, and she just kind of went over what the place provides, the cost of everything, the levels of care, and what we could expect while my dad is there. What we've seen is really great. There wasn't any odor; everything was great."

"I toured Blair Ridge Health Campus. What I found is that the staff was all very patient and reached out to communicate to us as a visitor, from the janitorial staff to the aides to those arranging the meals. The dining room was very beautiful with white tablecloths and chinaware. The residents were coming to the rooms earlier than was required to do a little visiting. It was a pleasant environment for them to come out of their rooms to have meals. We've been periodically visiting two people there: One is in independent care, and she has a very nice one-bedroom. It's got a small kitchenette, but no cooking facilities are allowed in there. She has an aide, who comes in to help her several times a week, and that's paid separately. It's independent care. The rooms and the laundry or things like that are very tidy and easy to work. It was a pleasant small apartment-type setting. The other lady that we visit is almost blind, so she's in a room where she has medical staff more available to her on an ongoing daily basis. She has been there several years, and she feels very pleasant about her experience. The independent care residents have their own little patio out there, so they're not locked in. And there's a chartered bus that comes and takes a group who may be going to some activities in town or doctor visits or such, so there's transportation provided. What I liked the most was that everyone on the staff we met as visitors was very pleasant and very helpful to us."
