"It was wonderful. It was small, not a huge place, but it was very homey and comfortable. They had a courtyard and bird feeders. They had a church service going on when I was there and it was beautiful. I brought home an activity sheet and looked like they have something going on every day. I looked at a studio apartment. There's a living room with a bed in it, a small kitchenette, a room for a chair and a dresser, a bathroom, and a little walk-in closet. The dining room was also very nice, very cozy, and pleasant. They had a trained chef to cook their food. The staff was very pleasant and very nice. They were all laughing and bantering back and forth together. It just felt like a place where I wanted to be."

"I would like to make an observation known. I've been in health care for over twenty-five years. I witnessed an show of love from an employee of your company at Primrose I understand names are omitted for these reviews . I believe these moments should be recognized. Often people drop off the patient and go. But not in this case. She never left her side , she answered questions regarding her resident and for a moment I too thought she was related. I TOLD my STAFF"we need more like her everyday". When I asked her, she simply stated" I will wait until the family arrives. I'm not leaving her, I work for Primrose , I'm not related." THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN MORE OFTEN. I want to make it a policy in my department that patients need an advocate whether it's family or not. Sometimes it goes without saying people are doing a job. Clearly this girl in life enrichment, was doing more. She cared , it showed immensely. Like I stated before I've been doing this twenty-five years!! Impressive through and through! "

"Jefferson Manor has a nice location. The facility is spacious with a nice community area. It's an excellent place. The room size is average. I liked it and we would have chosen, but she decided not to go to assisted living. "

"My friend was at Waterford Place Health Campus. The food was good. The nurses were very nice. The staff was always available and wonderful. My friend was given physical therapy and did great there. I didn't see anything wrong with them. They kept the place up as good as possible. It was nice and clean and didn't smell like pee."

"My mother right now is independent, and they are working to help them stay independent for as long as possible. The staff seems really helpful and very nice. The room is a much bigger space than the other facility; that is why she chose this one. The staff was very helpful, they were friendly, and they were very good to introduce my mother to the different clients that they have there and talked about getting her involved in some of the activities.They were very interested in what she wanted to do and were willing to add it. The menu is just phenomenal. It’s like dining every night and every lunch time because you can choose what you want off of the menu. And then, if you don’t want what is served, you can special order whatever you want. She liked it. It wasn’t a stuffy atmosphere as a couple of other places. A couple of them were a little more formal,l and this was less formal."

"My mother moved into Blair Ridge. I found it on my own. My mom really likes it there, it's nice and clean. The workers are very helpful, willing to help my mom. I have nothing bad to say about this place. My mom says the food is very good. If she doesn't like something they're having for dinner, they will give her something else. Truthfully, I've never actually been in there with the Covid, I've never been able to go actually back to the room, I've seen pictures and they're very nice-looking rooms. They make cookies once a week, they have exercise in the morning, they have them sit down, and do crafts with them, things like that."
