I like that Lennar - Osborne Trails is fairly-priced. They're brand new and it sounds like it's a really good community. They are like actual homes, individual homes that they each person buys. I think they have good cottages, it's a friendly community, and the people that live there are very engaged with one another. The facilities they offer are entertainment place that's like a clubhouse, and they have a swimming pool there. It's really beautiful and it's intended for the social component of it. It's like they're living in their own homes full time, and they provide a venue for the residents to socialize in a public place. The community is just beautiful.
