I chose Northwood Manor because it's a nice place. I have nice living quarters and it's one of the cheaper ones. Our activities were picked out because of the virus, I went to my first bingo with 5 people which was very good. The staff has been beautiful and very helpful, and the food that I've had, I can't complain about anything. We have amenities but they're not allowing anybody in yet because of the virus.

Our tour experience at Northwood Manor was great. The man that took me on the tour explained everything and pointed out things to me. He stopped to speak a little bit to some of the women who were sitting in the front room, then showed me three different apartments and pointed out the different things in each of them. I was able to speak to the lady who was in the hair salon and see the TV room where they have movie nights. The place was very clean. The units I saw were recently vacated, so two of them had new carpets and had a door that goes out into the patio. Everybody got either a MedicAlert on the wrist or one to wear around the neck. The man was very clear and very detailed about everything that is going on there. He gave me all these different brochures and papers that explain the process for payment and asked if there were any questions. My daughter was with me and asked a bunch of questions, and he was very patient and answered everything. He was very good. He was soft-spoken and he was perfect for that job. He even walked me to the exit.

Northwood Manor was nice and heart warming. It was a place that I will consider. My mom would be comfortable there, and we won't have to worry about her. It is a nice place. The staff was very nice. The size of the room was decent and nice. The amenities were nice. They had a place for the residents to eat, a fitness area, and transportation if they need to go to the store.

We liked Northwood Manor, including the size and the people we talked with. The staff was very professional. They showed us the rooms, explained to us all about the facility, what they have to offer, the meals, and the menus, so we got a grand tour of it. It was very nice and looked good.

Northwood Manor was very clean and very modern. The people were very friendly and they took good care of Mom. They had very good activities like games, people coming in to do things, crafts, singing, Church, and Bingo. I had no worries when Mom was there. I felt she was safe and well cared for.

I've been to Northwood Manor and I thought it was very nice. The people seemed very happy there and they were very sociable so far. The food looked good.
