Three Crown Park was quite nice, but it was also much more expensive. It was convenient. It had a very nice library. It was pleasant. The dining area was really nice and bright. They had lots of food choices. They had lots of activities. The residents liked Three Crown Park a lot. They had a pool and a craft room. They had a doctor on site.

My parents live in the facility and love it. Activites and food are great. The staff is excellent. Every one of them is friendly, kind, helpful, and very supportive of the residents. If my parents need extra assistance the staff will help arrange it. You couldn't ask for a better place to live!

Three Crowns was very lovely and seemed like they had very good services. It’s continuing care, which is definitely on the top of our list. I could see people doing aqua aerobics and hanging out having coffee. It’s very nice, clean, and new. We have a friend whose parents are there, and she is certainly happy with it.

I visited my grandmother at Three Crowns Park, and I love the facility. It has all the different amenities. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Most of the staff are friendly. They also have a lot of activities offered for her. They take the residents to parks, and they have music in the evening, so those are good.

I am pleasantly and positively impressed with the amount and variety of activities that are offered to the residents of Three Crowns. The coverage in terms of hours of the day with activationists/recreation therapists is more than what I see in other organizations. The staff appear to know the residents very well, so that they know how to tailor the programs and encourage participation in the programming.

People that work at this facility are generally very caring and considerate, but it seems that there are issues that they would rather avoid than address with residents. i.e. resident not changing their clothes when they are soiled and smelly. As with any other facility, residents need advocates.
