My visit to Paradise Villa Retirement was wonderful, neat, and clean. The day we were there a singer was there serenading everyone. The people are good. The lady who calls me from there talks very softly and gives good advice. The foyer is very good, the staff is polite, and I love the dining area. There was no screaming, no commotion, everything was in control, and thatÂ’s what I liked.

I'm going on here because I believe this facility deserves better recognition .This place took such great care of my momthat I wrote a letter to the owner telling her how much I appreciated the care .When my mom passed away I felt at ease knowing she spent her last few years in a good place.homely environment, great staff. I could not thank them enough,

Stay away from this place. The caregivers talk rudely to the residents and are at times neglectful and cruel. The residents sit in wheelchairs all day. This is not the kind of place you want to put your loved ones during their final years of life. I would issue a complaint to the state, but I do not want to put my mom through the ordeal. From week one, my mom kept asking me to take her out of there, and I finally did. She is now happy, well cared for, is safe, and in a loving facility. What a difference!
