We liked the Grand Villa of Palm Coast a lot. It was very homey. They had a lot of activity and people enjoyed the environment. It was well-maintained and the people who showed us around were very nice and very informative. We liked that place probably the best. The dining area was nice. It's very inviting. It's open, friendly, and bright. The people that serviced the tables and stuff seemed to be very friendly and nice, too. It was a very good place.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast looked like it was a newer place. The staff that I met didn't know the pricing and stuff, so I had to call back to get the pricing. They seemed to have everything there that you would need, like games, cards, and singalongs. It was a clean place, and everything looked nice and new. The bedrooms were a little small, but they were nice. They had a little bedroom and a little sitting room to watch TV.

We went to look at the Grand Villa of Palm Coast. We liked everything about them. If we were to choose today, that's the one we would choose. We liked the friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of the place, and the way everything is set up. The floor plan that we saw was excellent. It was open and airy. It had just been renovated, so it was very nice. The food was very good. They had a good selection on their menu. I can't say enough good things about them. They have activities all the time.

My visit to the Grand Villa of Palm Coast was fine. They had very few rooms for independent living. They only had seven and I'm on a waiting list. There were some cottages, but I didn't want that. I could not pick the one bedroom apartment as there were none to look at, and that's what I would want. They only had a studio. The staff was very nice. They had a place where people would sit and be served. It was a nice place.

My friend will be moving into the Grand Villa of Palm Coast. The facility was very nice. The people are friendly. It's not really huge, so it's kind of cozy. The meals are included. You can have medication management if you want it, or you can do it on your own if you're independent. The staff member was very nice, and I liked her a lot. She was very kind and understanding. They had a lobby where some people were hanging out. I would gladly go in there myself. The rooms had a little kitchenette.

The staff at Grand Villa of Palm Coast were very nice and friendly. I would consider that place to move to. It was ideal. The setup was nice. You have a choice of an apartment in the main building as well as separate villas that come with a garage, which I liked because I am still driving and have an automobile. If there's any shortfall about it was the place being out in the rural area. The lady who toured me was very nice, very respectful, and very professional. She knew her job very well. She was just top of the line. She introduced me to the gentleman that was the overall boss of the place and was also very cordial. professional, and seemed to know his business. They have exercises, get-togethers, card games, and all the normal types of activities that you would think of. They even invited me back for dinner/lunch. Everything was neat and clean. There's no dust in any place that I've seen. It was very nice. Their parking facilities just need a little work and some signs, because I thought they had quite a walk to get to the entrance.

When I first arrived at Grand Villa, I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The lobby was decorated so nicely and it smelled so good! There was plenty of the residents out and about, all with smiles so you could clearly see their content and happiness here! The aroma of the food coming from the kitchen made my stomach growl, it smelled delicious!! Bingo looked like much fun, and wow it was a big group! The staff was so pleasant and all smiling and saying hello as I passed by on my tour. The apartments were so cute, and definitely enough space for all that you would need! Definitely my top choice of ALF in palm Coast! Love it!!

I liked the Grand Villa of Palm Coast and I would like to live there. It was a very nice place. It's clean and well-situated. It's just something that I enjoyed. The staff was very pleasing. They tried to do everything to make my tour good. The community spaces looked fine. If I had the money, that's probably where I would go. I saw the gym and the apartments. They also allowed small pets.

My ex-husband is currently at the Grand Villa of Palm Coast. It's clean, and it's nice. It's a beautiful place. They have private rooms just for one person, and they have ones for two people. The rooms are roomy, clean, and organized. The staff is pretty nice. Everyone is nice there. They have puzzles, bingo, and card games. Once a week, someone comes in and talks about certain passages of the Bible for those who like to join. The dining area is nice and clean. The food is like any other place. They're American food like mashed potatoes, pasta, salads, and pastry. They're a regular American diet. Activities are okay for seniors.

My tour at the Grand Villa of Palm Coast was very pleasant and very nice inside. I really can't say anything negative about it other than the fact that it's just unaffordable. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice. They offer everything you would need for assisted living, so I have no complaints about that at all. They have a gym, and a salon, they have activities for the residents, and they have transportation to go to different places. It seems like they're fairly well-equipped to make the residents comfortable, busy, and able to do things. It was not very large, it was small but very nice.

This is a shout out to all the Grand Villa of Palm Coast employees! We don’t interact with them all but the ones we do have been great. They have always made us feel welcome and glad each of them have been apart of our lives. Nurse Ashley always is concerned with how we feel, she is a daily dose of sunshine. We appreciate all you do!

I have found Grand Villa of Palm Coast. I'm on their waiting list. Compared to other locations in and around Jacksonville, I found that this place had a little bit more square footage for the same price. It also had the amenities that everyone else had. It's smaller than some of the communities that I saw in Jacksonville, and it felt more comfortable to me. They have independent living locations that are all separate and then they have assisted living and memory care that's all in another building. It was just nice. I did not try the food because food is not a particular concern for me. Every staff that I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. They have the normal weekly calendar that everyone has of the things that you can do. There was nothing that stood out, it was just enough to make it interesting for me. The area that is off the beaten trail, but close enough to the other things that were available in Palm Coast just makes it convenient. It had just gone through a renovation, and my impression was that they had taken up a lot of carpeting and putting down wood, so everything looked neat and attractive to me. I saw people riding bikes, which I thought was kind of fun and interesting. They have walking trails. They have at least five activities that seem to go on regularly during the week, and then they have at least five or six other things that are offered. They do a monthly food thing where they accept food from around the world. They have the traditional stuff like cards and exercise and things like that. They didn't have anything on their schedule that stood out, it was just what I had seen at every place else, which was enough for me. I wasn't looking for a lot of activities because I'm a pretty active person.

We went to look at the Grand Villa of Palm Coast. We liked that they had a lot of villas. They had one-bedroom villas, and on the other side of the street they had two-bedroom villas. They were modern and up to date. They came with a washer and dryer. They were large, and the units were big. They had main buildings that had all of the things in them, like if you needed care or you had a mental problem. They had separate sections for that, which was good, and it was quite new. I was very pleased with the facility. They serve three meals a day. The staff members were very pleasant and very helpful. They have a lot of area where you could walk. They did not have a swimming pool.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast has a very nice layout. I was very comfortable with it, and it was set up very well. It's very well done, very clean, and very well-maintained. There were a lot of things that I thought would be beneficial for my sister and brother-in-law. Overall, I would hope that if it was my final choice, I would be very comfortable putting them in there. I saw the assisted living and the staff looked very professional. They looked like they were taking care of business really well. I'm aware of looking for certain things and I didn't see any problem areas. It was very well-maintained and the staff seemed very friendly and very compassionate towards the residents. They showed me a one-bedroom, that's all that they had. I also didn't want anything bigger for them because of the cost issues. I thought it was very well laid out. They had an exercise area, a good community area, and a small theater type of thing. They had a pool area for like the older guys to hang around, almost like a bar type of thing. They could hang out and play pool there. They had good features for keeping people occupied and giving them comfortable areas to get some exercise. I didn't sample any food, but I looked at the menus, and I thought that the variety of food was set up pretty well, and gave good choices. They also always had standbys if they didn't like the dinner. They could have a hamburger or whatever type of scenario that they would like. I thought it was very good. There's plenty of outdoor areas. It had some seating areas out there. I didn't really pay too much attention, but near their entrance areas there were areas where they could sit on benches, or sit in their wheelchairs and get some fresh air with a decent view.

We have lived in the independent villas for over 2 years. We are very happy here. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is always responsive. We really enjoy our home here, very roomy with good storage and screened porches. A nature preserve surrounds the community and there is lots of wildlife to observe. One of our favorite activities is weekly happy hour with music. This was the right move for us.

I was working with Amber and Dan to move my father down from Va. unfortunately he passed away unexpectedly and was unable to move in. The attention and care I received was like no other, every time I went to visit the community or called, I was treated with respect, care and genuine concern. The residents and family members that I met while there, shows just how amazing this team is, they were very honest while talking to me about their experience, it would be hard to convince me otherwise of their happiness and love for being at a grand Villa. I will be an advocate for this community as they are true to their word and care for their residents deeply.

The Grand Villa of Palm Coast was very nice and very roomy. I think the price to value for the square foot is probably the best that we've seen anywhere. You get a lot of space for the dollar. The dollar per square foot price is outstanding. The facility itself is very nice. They showed us the plans where they're starting to remodel and refurbish the dining hall. I think what they call Main Street, which is going to be inside and next to the dining hall. We had nothing negative to say about it. It was one of my parent's top three independent living choices right now. The staff we met during the tour was very personable. What I liked the most about her is she did not act or appear like a salesperson. It was really like being with your realtor that was saying "Here's a 2-bedroom, here's a 1-bedroom. Here is the space where you can put your washer and dryer. Take a look at the garage. It also has some safety features." So, it was more of a presentation of "This is what's here" versus "Oh, my God, you want to be here and no place else" I don't think most of us like being sold to. She could answer all the questions. She was very well versed in the things that they have and even some of the things that they didn't have. She had answers for them. So as an example, they don't have a swimming pool, but there is a fitness center with a pool nearby. I thought that was awesome so she didn't have to say "You don't need a swimming pool" but said "We do not have one on-site. However, there's one close to you." So, it worked out pretty well.

We've been in Grand Villa of Palm Coast for a little over two weeks now. The community is very friendly, welcoming, well laid out, private, and caring. We are very, very pleased with our choice. We are in a two-bedroom, two-bath villa. They have several different floor plans, and we chose this one because we are coming from a larger house and going into something smaller. We felt that this would give us the room we needed, and it's working out beautifully. It's laid out perfectly for my husband who uses a wheelchair. We have no issues with doorways, rooms, or bathrooms. It's all very well done. Since COVID, the activities have been curtailed. We also do not have extraordinary amenities. This is not a place that has swimming pools or a golf course -- none of that is here. But that's one of the reasons we chose it. We don't value those things, so we don't need to be paying extra money for stuff we wouldn't use. There is a courtyard for those in the independent and memory care units, though, which is a separate building. Within our type of arrangement, we have our own patio, our own backyard area, and our own garage, so it's really very independent living. There is a small community room up in the main building, and there is a dining area there. During COVID, the meals are being delivered to the independent living facility. Once COVID restrictions go away, we will be able to go and partake in the dining room again. There is an on-site beauty shop where an independent contractor comes in, I think, two days a week. There is also a general store where you could get a few necessities. We have a community bus that will take us to doctors appointments, shopping, and those types of things. We have not really used any of it, so I can't say how well it works. If we choose to, we can do our own cooking. I have a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove, and a refrigerator that is large enough that I have not put anything into the freezer in the garage yet.

It was excellent, comfortable, and overwhelming with so much great stuff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend it wholeheartedly. It was like going into a hotel, everything was pristine, ready, and available. I was shown an absolutely beautiful apartment with a kitchen, my own garage, and my own terrace. It was fantastic, and I was very impressed. They serve three meals a day. We had tea and a nice time.

It was the first place that I visited and I was very impressed. The room has a big bathroom, a very nice walk-in closet, and a kitchenette area. The food is very good, and their Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful. The place is absolutely clean, and there are always activities going on.

I visited. The problem is they don't qualify for Medicare because they don't have an in-house rehab. They sub-out the contract. It was very modern. The dining room was exceptional. They had a salon. They have a very good upgraded call system. They don't use the normal hospital buttons. They have pendant and wrist things that the residents can push. They have independent and assisted living, and memory care.

My mother has been here since May. She wanted to stay in Florida and she is very happy to stay here. It's a lot cheaper down there. It's only about 4 years old and it's clean and in excellent shape. It's like a hotel and it's beautiful. You walk in and it's just really lovely and everything about it is very pretty. They have all kinds of activities. We were there two nights for a Halloween party. The people are excellent and the food is excellent. She is eating better, she's being taken care of. She is safe and that makes the big deal for us. They've done a wonderful job.

I went down and visited without an appointment. I was not impressed, simply because the front door was wide open. You could walk right in, I don't think that's good. So that turned me off. I don't know how secure it is.
