The people at Our Family Assisted Living are very nice and good. My brother has a room with another person. There are 2 persons in a room. His room is very clean, and they have a very nice person there who takes care of it. They have very good services. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is very nice.

My mom is doing fine in Midtown Senior Care. I am very happy with it. We find it to be very nice and homey. My mom especially likes the place because everyone speaks Spanish, and my mom speaks Spanish. The staff is very loving and caring toward her. She has a hospital bed provided by her doctor and Medicaid and shares a room with someone else. There is a very nice bathroom right next to the room. Everything is fine. We love the food because it is home-cooked. She is doing better and eating better. The only thing that I think they need to improve on is maybe having more nursing personnel. They have three right now, but maybe they can have one more. They watch TV and play cards and dominoes, but they do not go on trips or anything like that. It is affordable. We have to pay a little more than we did in another place, but with the more one-on-one care she is getting, it's worth it.

When I saw this place its warmth my heart, I knew that it's almost a perfect place. The housing and facilities are very comfortable to our seniors. It also provides for the seniors a healthy and safe environment. Their health and personal care for them is truly tremendous. We all know that our seniors or elders must need a high level of assistance and this place is what we looking for. Their staffs and caregivers are very kind, friendly, loving and understanding which our seniors or elders must need. They are very much sensitive in choosing the right food and medications for them. They know of how our seniors or elders taking care of. They also provide a twenty-four hours round-the-clock medical assistance aid and staff. A perfect harmony comes from our home and this place is seems to be the same. In other words, there's no place like home!

After visiting assisted living communities in the Miami area we knew that Our Family would be the perfect place. Dad feels relaxed and always with a smile on his face,I can't imagine him feeling this happy anywhere else. Great place and wonderful solution for us. To anyone looking for a facility, sooner rather than later is the solution to a more peaceful lifestyle.
