My father have lived there for about 3 years. Its a nice facility, clean and friendly. But I have an issue with their choice of front desk receptionist. I call to speak with my father and the receptionist usually tells me there's nothing he can do (as in go get my father) if the nurse on duty doesnt answer the phone to get him , so I usually never get to speak with him over the phone

I and my roommate have lived here in this particular facility for almost 5 yrs and with the company at another of their facility 2 yrs there. It is very clean, a pleasant atmosphere. The Administration are open and will listen to each of us even though they are very busy - they take time for their residents. We have general doctors that visit twice/wk; specialists who come monthly; nursing staff to assist with medication administration and any other needs. The staff are all very kind and caring to all of us. Many of the residents have many psychological as well as physical problems - those needs are met immediately with a psychologist who comes once a week and as needed. In house PT/OT, home health, hospice care. All of the doctors are in constant communication with the nursing and administration staff. The administration also works well with family members. I love it here!! THIS IS HOME!!
