The Pavilion at Jacksonville

I visited Pavilion of Jacksonville. It was so dated and depressing. When I walked through the door, the reception looked like a little closet. The staff was sitting behind. Her presentation to us was not professional. I felt like the administrator was holding us in conversations so that they can get things straightened as we go through. Their furniture is so dated. We walked down to the patio area where they say they do gardening and all that and it had rattly, torn chairs. The presentation was horrible. The building was like going into a cave. It's too dark and very gloomy. You wouldn't leave your dog there. The activity room was horrible. It was no bigger than probably a living room, which is probably about 270 square feet. It needed some paint and refreshing things would probably make it a little better. There were cable wires and TV wires hanging all over the place from the wall. They could have done better. The staff didn't pay you attention.
