RiverPointe Senior Living of Littleton was the best place in town for the money. My wife and I got a big room with a storage room. You only get one full meal a day, and then you could buy lunch if you wanted to. For breakfast, you could have a continental breakfast, and it was all free. It was a good arrangement. You could live there for about $3300 a month, and it included a covered garage and the storage area for your stuff (in addition to your room). The room was about 1200 square feet. It's not the best place to stay, but it's the best deal for the money. Once a month, they have a happy hour. They give you free beer and free wine and as many as you want. They have a theme for the month, and a band that would come in. They also have a bus that takes you to shopping a couple of days a week as well as to doctors. You really get a lot for your money there.

Riverpointe was a lot cheaper and seemed to be just as nice with nice views and big apartments on about 11 stories. I liked the location. The staff was very friendly, and they had a lot of exercise and music classes. Everything was OK to me.

I liked RiverPointe. It had a lot more units and it's a 13-story high rise so your possibilities of getting a nice view are increased substantially. They had exercise, a library, and a dining room. Included in the monthly fee are dinners which I like. They have continental breakfast that looked good which is included every day. They also have a la carte lunch, salad and sandwich type of thing. Their food options were in line with what I want to do. They also have a nice dining room and I like their concept.

My mother lived at RiverPointe during the nineties and now I am scheduled to move in. For what you get it may be the best deal in town. The building has 13 floors and many of the views are spectacular, including mine. Several residents have stayed there for 20 years or more. Check it out. You'll be surprised

I like the service and the kitchen at River Pointe. We have meals here, but I like to be able to cook my own meals. I think the staff is fine. They are helpful and friendly. The only drawback to this place is the rent, which is very high.

Very nice. Looking at a one bedroom apartment which was quite spacious and good storage area. Amenities are good. Marketing Director very nice and personable. Not pushy to rent the apartment. Wanted us to take our time to make decision.
