We toured MorningStar at Old Town. It's a brand-new facility. It's only been open for about 3 or 4 months. It was rather upscale and it was a more modernistic kind of thing. It didn't feel very homey to us. It wasn't very comfortable. It felt kind of clinical. It was very expensive, and since we didn't like the ambiance, we said, "This is not gonna be for us." The only person we interacted with was the tour guide, and that person seemed to know what he was talking about. It felt more like a high-end hotel or something like that. So, if you're talking about a living environment, you want something new to feel comfortable in and not like you're in some glitzy hotel.
