Serenity House was a very nice, cozy house. The staff was very nice. They had a nice backyard and a deck, and they had nice activities. They took very good care of the residents with medications and everything. What stood out was the location, the size, and the activities. They do activities all the time and they bring people in, like musicians and things like that. The caretakers play games with them like card games and board games. They are never bored.

The staffing of 1 caregiver for every 4 residents enables our team to slow down and spend an incredible amount of 1 on 1 time with our residents. In many instances, they can spend 15 to 20 minutes of 1 on 1 time per hour.
We truly value the importance of staff and thus we pride ourselves on having the lowest turnover and most consistent staff. As memory care experts, we empower our residents to live their best lives. Our team is there to support, navigate, and promote their independence while being there to overcome obstacles.
Our residents truly live in a home designed for someone living with Dementia. This is powerful and thus promotes independence and privacy.
Our engagement program is designed to get them moving while also creating a positive environment. We challenge our residents to where they are on that particular day.
