The people at Brookshire House Rehabilitation & Care Community seemed to be friendly. They're fully staffed. Mary was very helpful, accommodating, friendly, and empathetic. The building looked like it was old. It has been around for a while, but it's clean and bright.

My mom is at Brookshire House Rehabilitation and Care Center. When we call to speak to one of the staff -- and I am not talking about somebody who is helping my mom or the nurse there, but I am talking about the director of social services or the staff -- they are not very good in calling back in a timely manner, and I think that needs to be improved. My mom thinks the food tastes good. I would describe it as just OK. The maintenance is average OK. The surrounding business I think would be too far for family members to want to walk to, to enjoy a little outing or something, so they would have to drive their car.
