My dad moved into Laurel Gardens Apartments. It's clean. Its security enclosed. They have staff and volunteers that are there. It's a community of people his age. Each apartment has a kitchen where they cook their own food. They have several activities, but right now with the COVID thing, they can't do squat. They have a little theater, they have a community room, they have laundry, and there is an area to relax out front and out back.
