The Oberon House

The Oberon House is located outside of Denver, CO, in Arvada. The facility is not far from Arvada's downtown area, Historic Olde Town, and is surrounded by a variety of shopping venues and restaurants. Arvada is home to the Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities, where concerts and plays are held year round, and there are plenty of recreational activities for seniors like camping, bicycle riding and boating.

The Oberon House is an assisted living facility that strives to create care plans that are sensitive to every resident's unique needs and preferences. The Resident Services Director monitors any changes in the residents' needs, and communicates directly with physicians and pharmacies. Should seniors require any type of individualized therapy, there are third-party specialists available to provide those services within the community.

The amenities at the Oberon House are comprehensive and promote a positive environment. The facility has lounges and sunrooms where seniors can relax and socialize, as well as dedicated rooms for special activities, such as exercise classes, movies and games. Residents typically enjoy three meals a day in a restaurant-style dining room, and they have access to snacks between meals. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a walk- shower, and utilities are included in the rent.
