I toured The Kensington Sierra Madre. I liked the facilities. They had a movie theater. They had clean facilities. They had more private rooms, or if they didn't have a private room, it was like private living quarters with a shared bathroom, which is nice because you could get that privacy aspect. They had engaging activities like happy hour with live music. They had separate activity rooms with TVs. If the residents needed a break from the community aspect, they could go and hang out there. They had patios with mountain views. They had a dedicated chef at the facility with a pretty large kitchen. They also had a gym in their basement restricted for physical therapy. This place is pretty premium on the facilities. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful. I did show up unannounced, and they gave me a tour without me booking a tour, which was nice of them, and they accommodated me.
