We considered this place for my mother because of the following reasons: First, the individual who owned and runned this place was very impressive. Second, the caregivers here are great. Some of them were here for over 10 years already. In addition, it's just a small place and the environment is very homey. There are only 8 residents, all women ( I think this is good for her). Lastly, the price is cheaper than the other places I've inquired. My mother is satisfied with her accommodation. She shares a bedroom with another lady who has the same shape as she. She gets fed regularly and her pills are distributed to her. She doesn't eat much; they get a light soup and a sandwich for dinner. She said her meals are good and she likes them. The caregivers are providing their residents with exceptional care. This place has 4 or 5 caregivers and every shift is covered. At night, somebody sits in the living room so she can observe all 4 rooms and when somebody wakes up, she assists them readily. However, to provide better service, they could organize activities for their residents to do all day. Maybe more people should come and talk to them or more exercises. My wife and I are blown away by how nice this place is. My mother is also very pleased and happy with the quality of care provided to her.
