"Oakmont of Roseville was well-designed. The information I got was comprehensive and complete. They answered all of my questions and addressed things I had not thought of beofre that. The tour was well presented and complete to my expectations. I only saw one room because they only had one available and it was nice. It might even be the right one. The activities were fantastic. A very large social life is available to someone living there. They had a movie theater, which I thought was very unique, I like that a lot. I didn't eat the food, but it looked like the food choices were great, and the fact that you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner all day long instead of at specific times, I thought that was fantastic due to different people's changes in lifestyles as they get older. They don't eat at regular times like they did when they were working or when they had their family."

"The Sunrise of Rocklin was a very nice facility. The people we met were very friendly and thorough in their explanations of things. We didn't have a whole lot of interaction with staff other than the office staff who gave us a tour of the part of the facility that they thought we needed, which was memory care for my wife. I would be staying in an apartment with her. We talked to one nurse in the memory care unit who was very nice and answered our questions. The lady who did the tour for us was excellent. She was a salesperson, so we knew she was trying to sell the facility, but I thought she was very good. The rooms that they showed us were very nice, one was even furnished. We would naturally be moving our own furniture into one if we had chosen them. I think we would be very happy there considering the help that my wife is going to need in the very near future with her dementia. They had a beautiful outdoor courtyard area with tables and lounge chairs. Some of it had a cover over it because it gets really hot where we're at in the summertime. That was quite nice. If you were ambulatory and had a car, they also had an area for you to park, so in my case, I would be able to come and go if I needed to. The lobby in the main area of the dining room was quite beautiful. You order off of a menu, but I didn't see a menu. They said they could cook for people with diabetes and people with Crohn's disease, which I happen to have both of. It would be a place where we can be very comfortable when the time comes. We just don't need it right now."

"I toured Diamond Oaks Residential Care and it was a very clean, and neat facility. The people were very polite and knowledgeable. Sounded like their food was going to be excellent, and it could be a peaceful place for someone too. It is a four-bedroom house. They had a backyard."

"I looked at this facility with my 92 year old mother-in-law and we were planning to move her in this past October. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly prior to making the move. The management team was very caring and put a lot of thought into creating a home environment for the residents that was safe, clean with a focus on making their time there comfortable and fun with daily activities. I’d recommend anyone in the area considering a care home environment to give them a call and see first hand the facility and hear their plans for the residents Well done Garcia!"

"My mother has moved into Roseberry Care. It's a memory care facility, and I'm pleased with its services overall. The interaction with the staff is very good. The room is a two-person room. They have single rooms. The facility is well-appointed, nicely decorated facility. They do all kinds of therapy, they provide food, they provide outings, and they have entertainment come in for the residents. They bring beauticians in to pamper the residents."

"My mother has moved into Ansel Park Independent Living. It fits her lifestyle. I like the separation of assisted living versus independent living. It wasn't altogether. The place is well-kept. Everything is clean and accessible. The decor is elegant. You have a modern entryway with neutral colors, so that you don't have to worry about opinions on design. It is very comfortable, and it is easy to see someone live inside. The shower already has handlebars. Everything is all set up and ready for my mother. It's already pre-developed for stability. The staff who helped me with the visit was wonderful and very accommodating. She assured us to explore any questions or concerns we had the entire time. Regarding activities, you have a theater, weekly excursions, bingo night, dancing, and lots of other activities. They have the calendar readily available when you walk in, showing you the daily activities that are continuously happening. The food looked wonderful; we could smell it. I didn't foresee an issue with the dietary chef. He was doing a great job. Everybody was so accommodating. They would all speak up and say hi to you as you're walking by. It was wonderful."

"Ansel Park Assisted Living & Memory Care was a very nice place. I liked the cleanliness of it. The staff was very nice. Everything seemed fine. The only problem I had was, when we finished the tour, they couldn't give me a price listing. I had to get that later, and I didn't have time to do that. So I don't know what their pricing was, but the apartments were very nice. The dining area was lovely. It was a very nice dining area. Daniel took me to the memory care and he was a very nice and informative man. We liked him. It was a great place."

"We toured Roseville Commons. My overall experience was excellent. We spoke with Drew. He was the one who took us on a tour. He was very informative, very friendly, and warm. The experience was great. I talked about it for probably the rest of the day because I like the floor plans, and I like some of the things they have there. I enjoyed it. That was my favorite. I checked the dining area and the menu. They gave us a packet with all the information and prices, the calendar and events, and the usual stuff that they give. I liked their activities. I liked the layout of the whole facility. It was warm and friendly. I like everything about the floor plan and the room. I was interested in the one-bedroom. I do have animals, and there was no problem with them accepting the animals. They even have one on the ground floor that I'm particularly interested in that has a little backyard with a grassy area that you can put a little fence around. The one-bedroom was spacious. It has a full kitchen and a little kitchen bar where you can eat, and a nice big living room. The cable and wi-fi were included, and it was very reasonable. I enjoyed that place."

"We toured Vista Roseville Senior Living. It was very nice. The staff was helpful. The one thing we didn't care about was the music they played all the time. We felt that wasn't something my sister-in-law would care for. It wasn't very relaxing. It was upbeat. Maybe they don't have that all the time, but that music going was a little intrusive. The apartments were very nice and well taken care of. The accommodations there for the food and everything looked very nice."

"Summerfield of Roseville was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, personable, and professional. They offered us some cake. The room seemed somewhat small, and the beds weren't large. You can bring your own furniture if you desire. The bathroom has no shower. The shower is in another location where the staff takes the residents. I guess that's because they don't want them to get a slip or fall."

"I toured Ivy Park at Roseville. It was well laid out. They had everything anyone could want in a senior living experience. Their kitchens are very small, but the meals are included, so you don't need a kitchen. They had laundry facilities on every floor. Their activities seemed very varied, like something for everyone. I did see people in the halls and common areas who seem to be enjoying themselves. It was very clean, and the staff I met were excellent, but they were too expensive for me."

"We toured Truewood by Merrill, Roseville. There wasn't anything that we didn't care for. Julie, who took us around, was so helpful, and just her attitude towards the staff and the residents, I could tell there was a definite concern. She wanted to make them comfortable and meet all their needs as well as ours, and she showed us properties that might work well for them. She also took us on a tour of all the things that were available there. The dining hall was very nice, and the staff who served us were very nice. The food was good too, and it's a beautiful area. The apartments were very nice. She showed us one that had just been renovated. It was spacious. She said that for the one bathroom, there was a glass shower door, and they would change that out to a curtain so my sister-in-law could go in without stepping over a threshold. It was all very nice."

"When my mom and I toured, there were two private rooms available. They would share the spacious bathroom just a few feet away. The house is comfy and clean. Veronica, one of the owners showed us around. Currently, the tenants are two women and two men, and they were very friendly. As we were leaving my mom said to me, now that's more like it. I think she liked it, but we're still looking."

"We visited The Terraces of Roseville and toured the independent living. The community is very nice. The size of the room looked nice, and the facility itself looked clean. They're in the middle of updating one section of it, and we get to see what the update will look like, but the other section still hasn't been done. The person who helped us with the tour was very knowledgeable and kind. We saw their activities room, but they weren't having any classes at the moment because many of the residents were on a field trip. They were gone visiting a museum, so we saw the activity room, but they weren't there doing anything. We saw their gym and the equipment there. We also saw some of the residents eating at the dining hall."

"My brother and his wife are currently at Meadow Oaks memory care unit. We are a family living out of town and often get feedback from local family friend of how impressed she is on their level of care. The staff has been very tentative to their needs, and they provide feedback to us frequently. The med-Tech team are so kind and helpful. I would also like to mention one male aid in particular, Rubin. Rubin has been such a caring, loving individual and deserves a promotion. Everyone at the facility has been great but I can't say enough about Rubin, other than "he's a keeper". Hoping this message reaches the folks in charge so they can acknowledge Rubin in particular. I would recommend Meadow Oaks to anyone that has loved ones in need of memory care."

"My mother has moved into Eskaton Village Roseville. They are patient and they're very kind to people. Most of the people I run into there seem to be very happy with their circumstances. The place is very neat, clean, and well-maintained. They promote a strong social engagement structure to keep people active and involved in what's going on around them so they don't become isolated. They offer a wide range of both physical activities, as well as mentally stimulating activities to keep older people from slipping into isolation and lack of engagement. The staff in their restaurant is extremely patient and accommodating."

"Country House is a brand new facility. It is really nice. They are all single rooms with single baths, no shared baths. Upstairs are the memory care patients, and down below are those who are still basically functioning, so they are not all lumped together like some facilities. It was excellent. The chef even came out and introduced himself. He was talking to all the residents after they had their meals; he went and talked to each one. It was a real friendly and open atmosphere. They were playing Bingo, and the other day when I talked to my mother, she said that they took her out to an art studio, and they had Hawaiian dancers come and perform for them the other day."
