Very poor and unprofessional management . Alicia administration office so rude and attitude and very unprofessional i never recommend this place to any elder people.

This facility is all right. I can't say anything negative about the building or surrounding area. The care is just so-so. One thing that we had a problem here is the language barrier. My mom had difficulty understanding the accent of caregivers. I am not sure if I will recommend this facility to others or not. To improve, they can do something about the language barrier and also they should answer call light on time.
