Welcome to Poway Gardens Senior Livingan intentional senior community where assisted living and memory care are at the forefront of our caregiving! We are a dedicated memory care community with 7 independently licensed buildings on 32 acres. Our community includes horticulture and intergenerational therapy in our day-to-day activity programming. The produce grown in our gardens provides not only seasonal delights for our chef, but also allows donations to our local food banks.

People living with memory loss face greater challenges than most of us. Being unable to remember lifes most cherished moments is a difficult path, but not a hopeless one. Thats the basis for our Meaningful Moments program. This unique approach to caring for those with dementia goes beyond merely making these individuals safe and comfortable. Its a family-centered concept that starts by learning everything there is to know about our residents ? their passions, achievements, careers, family, hobbies and interests. This allows our staff to create moments of real meaning that engage our residents emotionally, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.

It also helps bond caregivers to the resident, so they are able to see more than their current condition and recognize them for the singular and exceptional person they are. By creating this profound connection, Meaningful Moments establishes a strong foundation of trust and well-being from which residents are able to create new memories and thrive in an environment of exceptional care.
