We decided to stop in to see Blossom Acres assisted living facility while searching for a place for an acquaintance to live in the area. The outside looked well maintained, with plenty of nice seating areas and nice greenery. The staff appeared to accommodate all levels of ambulation. The interior design had plenty of fresh sea air and light. The rooms were easy to navigate and had nice views. There were many nice and pleasant rooms for social activities. Because the weather is so mild there, the residents may enjoy walks outdoors any time. The residents enjoy physical activity as much as possible. They also offer yoga and aerobics classes, sometimes outdoors. The staff takes residents on nature walks and many interesting excursions in the vicinity. The menus included food options for all kinds of diets. Healthy snacks are offered all day and into the evening, and whenever requested. The dining areas offered great food that looked and smelled delicious. Private rooms were all nicely decorated and furnished well, with beautiful views. All had natural light and fresh air. Every resident appeared to be very well cared for in a peaceful, yet fun environment by kind, caring and attentive staff.
