All of the staff from housekeeping, maintenance, dietary, all of the nurses and CNA's are ALL so courteous and professional. And Shayne is so sweet compassion and professional. I love Shayne with an agape love as if she was my own daughter. I'm 71 years old. An the social services office staff are so awesome and helpful. I love and appreciate ALL of the PT staff, especially Ron, Jessica, Lisa, Angie and Alex.

I tried to get in touch with my 95 yrs old friend who is residing there. When I call they put me on hold for 8, 20 minutes without letting me know what's going on. When I complained they very rudely just hang up. Unacceptable, subpar service. I wouldn't leave my dog in their care.

we have our mom at th facility, we’ve been sending bottles with juice and protein, but apparently they don’t give it to her and keep it to themselves it’s so disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves terrible i just want to get her out of there as soon as possible i don’t recommend this place to nobody my whole family it’s very upset

My husband stayed at Friendship Manor Nursing & Rehab Center. It was the best of all the places he has been. We had no complaints about the place. The staff was the best. The place was beautiful, very nice, neat, clean, and organized. They have a nice dining area.
