Pine Hills has a very low ratio between patient and caregiver; I really like it. My dad has his own room, the caregivers are very nice, and they cooked homemade foods. My dad has dementia, and they always have someone around my dad even someone watch him at night when he sleeps. So far so good, and I’m very happy with the care. It’s a house, and they turned it into residential care home. There’s three staff during day time, and they are great, caring, and sweet to him. So far, it’s a great choice.

Pinehill is a six-resident facility located in a residential neighborhood of Mountain View, California, just minutes from Interstate 280 and El Camino Hospital Mountain View. Seniors can choose a private or semi-private room or a companion suite, each of which has its own bathroom. The community provides three meals a day plus snacks, and relatives compliment the homemade food. According to family members, the caring, sweet staff treats the residents well.
