"We have just started using 1Heart Caregiver Services - Campbell Campbell, CA. They're great. When we called the agency, they listened to what we wanted and quickly followed up. We had an in-home visit with the girl who runs it. She came out with one of the client managers who helped with the scheduling. They came out and talked to my mom to get a clear picture of what she wanted. Then they matched her with the first caregiver, whom my mom loved. She was very outgoing and was attentive to my mother. She looked for things to do and did everything. She chatted quite a bit and communicated with my mom.
