My parents are using FirstLight Home Care Silicon Valley. They've helped us on and off for the last month. They've been great and very flexible in terms of timing and working with my parents. They've been very good. They're providing transportation services and some limited care services at this point. The caregiver has been really helpful and good. They come about once a week and as needed, and the billing and the scheduling have been fine. The fact is that with most in-home care services, the caregivers come regularly, and I appreciate that FirstLight has been flexible with my parents' schedule.
