I had a recent outpatient procedure at PAMF in Mt. View scheduled for 4 p.m. on Monday, July 3rd which many consider part of the long weekend. Due to that factor, my usual local transport was unavailable and others too far away. I was searching online and came across CSC home care. I am so happy that I did! I was pleasantly surprised with how many services they actually do offer outside of transport and know many others who might need one of their many services. Once I contacted them, I was quickly given an estimate which was very reasonable and was sent a contract online. I explained a few concerns and was put at ease right away by Natalie who was very caring and quick to answer any questions I had. The contract was easy to complete, and I was sent confirmation that everything was in place, and they don't charge until following the transport. I was contacted regarding the completed contract and any specific instructions and then received a call the day before my event to confirm everything was ready. Natalie and Destiny arrived right on time and had me at the location with time to spare. They gave me a card with contact info to put on the admittance form. When I was released, they were right there ready to get me safely home and offered any further assistance I might need if I wasn't feeling well. They are lovely, caring people. I found the entire event from the initial contact to them waving goodbye to me once I was safely at the door as one of the highest service provided. Most importantly, they care about you as a patient and a person. I know I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone who might have a need for one of their many services. They are wonderful!

The agency has always been responsive and quickly matched our caregiver. She has been our only caregiver to date. We would not want to change. She is a fit for my mom. My mom is now doing things she hasn’t been able too for a really long time. Highly recommend CSC.
