Their staff goes "above & beyond" to ensure caregiving schedule is covered & our needs are met. Special thanks to the Care Manager, Amy, for being so conscientious & providing such detailed monthly progress reports on our mother!

I love the detailed daily logs, and the way the Home Instead Senior Care aides interact with my mother and get her to take a little exercise outside, eat more, and so on. (If only they could get her to shower! :)

What a great bunch of folks and an incredibly high level of senior care knowledge. We were struggling to figure out why my grandma was acting the way she does until Our caregiver gave us the insight about the exact step by step milestones that she'll be going through and helped us stay unsurprised. Home Instead Mountain View has provided 24 hour care for my mom In Belmont who has Alzheimer's/dementia for the last 24+ months. Their care providers are outstanding and go above and beyond the call of duty to keep my mom clean, well fed, and entertained including letting her watch Elvis videos on their personal IPADs. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

Home Instead Senior Care has made a difference in my parent's lives as well as my own. During my search for an agency, Home Instead came across on the phone as courteous and especially knowledgeable about all the details of the caregiving business. Within just a week we had someone in the home who met specifications of what we were looking for. It seemed like a fairly simple process and the transition of having someone in the home went very smoothly. It has been about three months now and both my parents enjoy their caregiver and all the things that she does for them. She is friendly, a great cook, keeps their home tidy, answers the phone, helps with scheduling appointments, and drives them around.
