The Watermark at San Jose has been open for several months now. We've met some of the staff but not enough to evaluate them. We've met the chef and the manager and it's all positive. It's very nice and it is a little less expensive than the other place. We had lunch and we were unimpressed. I wouldn't give the lunch any more than a three. The presentation was not very good. The plating was less than what you would expect in a nice restaurant.
