Ivy Park at San Tomas is very nice. It's a beautiful place. Their whole facility is just gorgeous, very easy, spot-on, well-appointed. They've got their own chef there. The staff was very friendly, and every section of the place, which I toured, including their beautiful gardens. Everybody is very friendly. I was waiting for the director to come and meet with me. One of the ladies in the back went, come on back, let me show you this and that. They're very forthcoming and very open about everything in their facility. Really, really nice. Everybody knows everybody else. It's like "Hi, how are you doing, how's the family?" kind of cozy. It was very, very cozy. They gave me a cookie. It was in the shape of a leaf, and it was all wrapped up nicely. The dining is wonderful, just looking at it. They have their own dining room. Everything's covered with tablecloths and cloth napkins. It looks like a beautiful dining experience to have every day. I'd feel like I was going out to dinner every day if I were eating there. It's well-appointed. The furnishings are all spot on, well-designed, and well-decorated. Nothing is broken or run down. The gardens are beautiful. Their equipment room is beautiful. Their entertainment or relaxation room is really nicely done. They've got a nice library. They even have a little snack station if you need coffee, tea, or water. It's just really well thought out.
