In our Connections Memory Care neighborhood, we have a dedicated activities program 7 days a week to ensure that our residents social-emotional needs are being met as well as their daily care needs. Yet, they are free to hold on to their independence while enjoying the opportunities to participate as much or as little as they like with their neighbors.

Memory Care:

Casa de Modesto’s Memory Care is for seniors who require individualized specialized care designed to address Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our team is dedicated to showing dignity while encouraging independence in an intimate home-like environment that is a calm, warm and loving atmosphere. Our aim is to keep residents active and connected to their families and friends.
