My mother went to this facility for 24 hours. I spoke to the owner on the phone and she was very pleasant. When we arrived there was only one caregiver there and she does not speak English. She communicated only through Google Translate. Although my mom is 98, thank goodness she has good eyesight and could read the cellphone translation. She did not feel comfortable there with the lack of communication. The owner said she stopped by the next morning but was informed by the caregiver that she did not want to be woken up. That was not true, simply a lack of communication. My mom was also told to use the bedside commode at night instead of asking for help to the bathroom. My mom did not feel comfortable there so I picked her up the next day.

We went to Serrano Manor. It was very positive, we enjoyed it very much, and it was a good location close to where I live. We liked it very much. We were positively accepted by them, it was very good. It's a beautiful home, and I only have positive things to say about it. It had wide hallways. It's a full-service community, and the location is perfect for me, it's four minutes from my house.
