I cannot say enough GREAT things about the love, care and compassion that my mother receives at the Claremont Hacienda. Verity, LVN, has a fantastic personality and love for all of the residents that are in her care. She laughs, jokes, entertains and most importantly takes care of all of the residents. I cannot say enough great things about her. I would be remiss it not giving my thanks to Amber Rose, Ashley, Marcus and all of the staff that make the residents feel at home. This love and dedication comes right from the top of those individuals that manage the residence. Donnell and Jennifer provide care and compassion to each of the residents and I can’t that them enough for their leadership. My mother is happy, content and loves the care that she receives. James

My father-in-law has moved into The Claremont Hacienda. We were most impressed with the staff when we did our walkthrough. It seemed like they were caring and concerned about their residents and had a relationship with the people that we saw there. It had a nice outdoor area. Some of it's a little aging, but they're actively remodeling it, so they're actively working on making things better. We liked that. He said the food is fine.

My father is in The Claremont Hacienda and he has friends there. It's a pretty small facility, they're good and they're helpful. The staff helps them with everything, they have friends and they do activities. They will make specific foods for if somebody has a specific diet, they will stick to that diet. My father is cared for and he's safe, they have good things there for them. It's very clean every time I go there. They do a lot of activities, they do puzzles, they have game days, they have parties, they have card games, they go on walks together and they have coloring activities together.
