I can’t commend Laguna Estates enough. They moved in my mom at the peak of Covid (May 2020) and they made her feel so welcome. The entire staff has been so friendly and attentive. My mom passed this last Tuesday and everyone has been incredible. Compassionate and loving. I couldn’t ask anything more from them as caregivers. Wes is awesome too, but the entire staff is amazing.

We visited Laguna Estates Senior Living's independent living. I think the place was pretty good, nice, and clean, and the unit they showed us had a nice view. The staff was very nice too. The pool we saw was nice, the kitchen was pretty minimal, and the activities they had seemed adequate.

Laguna Estates Senior Living was a very nice place, even my mom was impressed. The sales guy was pretty nice and he wasn't pushy. The rooms were good and they were of nice size. For independent living, they didn't have much of a kitchen, which was kind of disappointing. I think they also did that because you can move from independent living to assisted living and just stay in the same apartment without moving out. They had a library, a pool, a room where you could watch movies, a place where you could do crafts and a little room where you could have coffee.

Laguna Estates Senior Living was too expensive. It was completely out of our budget. The person that gave us the tour was very nice. We got along great with him, but the facility is really close to the freeway, so there's a lot of freeway noise. The building was all great. We got to see one room and it was really old, dark, dingy, and near the freeway. We actually went to a place that was cheaper, but it was still way out of my mom's price range.

It was a nice place, but it was on a cul-de-sac. It was very close to the freeway also, and there was no covered parking. The staff was nice, but they didn't seem to be very excited about anything. I didn't like that it felt like a hotel, but it was very nice and pretty new.

My friend is here. It's very nice and everyone is very helpful. Her room is nice. She has a nice patio with a nice breeze from the ocean. They have a lot of music appreciation, devotional services, and chair exercise class every day. They don't have the best food, but it's totally adequate and well prepared.

I liked it because it was close to the ocean and their dining room on the third floor had an ocean view. I liked it a lot. They have a pool outside, and they were having a birthday party. I have a feeling I might try to go there sometime.

It was too small. Everybody was very nice, but it had a lot of old people, and I don't consider myself that old. The rooms were small, but the staff was very nice and friendly. The schedule of activities is pretty comparable to every place else, and they have a lot of activities. I would just like larger units, but the atmosphere was very nice.

I like that it is very warm and welcoming. On the day I visited, it was cold, which was unusual, and they had the fireplace going in the main living room area, so it was very welcoming. The staff is wonderful, but my former husband complains that they’re pretty slow on the uptake. He’s in a wheelchair and has to be pushed to the dining room, and he said that sometimes they take a really long time to get him. I thought their dining room was great; I’ve eaten there three times now. I think they could be quicker with their responses to the residents. We give them a five because they try really hard.

I like the whole facility, including the activities for their residents, the level of care that they offer, and the people who work there. They have kept up the community very well. I love everything about it and my mother is very happy. I would recommend this facility to others.
