Well, Burlingame is weather-wise too hot for Mom, or AM Residential would be among our top choices! The residents are happy, well dressed, interactive, and clean. The facility was older, but well kept. There were no signs of odors nor stains; everything seemed in good repair. Activities are planned and organized and fun. the patio space was terrific, as was the dining space. Living room was big enough and comfortable enough for all. Bathroom could use updating and really, it could use another bathroom. The available resident room was clean, well appointed, comfy, had a fantastic two direction window/view, plenty of storage, etc. There were two house dogs that were clean and friendly. The neighborhood is exquisite with lots of old growth trees, clear easy-walk sidewalks, and houses oozing charm. Parking was plentiful. Danny was outgoing, enjoyed interacting with his residents, and seemed quite knowledgeable. He is there T & W. The one employee we met seemed bored and was holding the dog while playing on his phone. AM Residential is worth a look-see and tour if you are looking for a place for a senior. One of the residents has been there 10 years and is mind-active, outgoing, and happy.
