I am a resident here. It's a friendly place, which is important for my being able to enjoy other people. It has an institutional feel to it. My apartment is lovely. Their food is not home-cooked, but it is fine. I am able to participate in a few of their activities.

I toured Ivy Park at Belmont and it was a very nice tour. It was very warm and welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated. The hallways, the rooms, and the dining room looked very nice. The food looked delicious and they had a lot of activities. The staff was nice and professional. It seemed like a very nice place with assisted living and we even got to see the memory care. The memory care looked very nice on the third floor. It looked very bright and airy with a lot of light. There was a separate dining area for memory care. It's a very nice facility. It's not large. It's a lot smaller, which we liked. The only thing I would say in the future is that for a tour, maybe they could invite people back for a meal. Suppose they were really serious about selling that could help. They gave us cookies at the end, which was very nice. These were delicious chocolate chip cookies in a box that we took home. Maybe they think that we're just looking and are not that serious, but if you were serious, it would make sense to come back for lunch or something.

There was a little workout routine going on in the lobby, which was great to see. People were sitting in the wheelchairs and walkers throwing balls to each other and that sort of thing, and that looked quite good. I like them. It's well situated. It's the best one, and the reason is that right around it, there are restaurants and stores. There's a Safeway nearby. In terms of visiting and being able to easily go out to get a bite to eat or do something, it's very easy. It was the one we like the best so far. There's an exercise class going on.

It was very good. It was a very nice facility with lots of trees. The staff members were very friendly. It has an open floor plan, and the rooms were nice and average in size. The food looked quite good and there was a nice selection.

The rooms here were medium-sized, nice, and clean. It looked and felt like an old mansion. The dining area was relatively nice. The main sales people were not there, but I got a nice tour, and the people who should have been meeting with me were on vacation. They had a sitting area and a fireplace downstairs.

It was probably our second choice, but they did not have a walk-in shower in the rooms, which my dad needs. Otherwise, I would recommend the place. The staff was very friendly, eager to take care of the residents, and made sure everybody participated and got out of their rooms. They had an activity room, exercise therapy, library, and a common room for TV and gatherings.

It was very beautiful and large, but they had only one floor for memory care. I had recommended it to somebody because the setting was really nice. The staff was very nice, and it was a good place.

I would give them a 5-star rating. They have all the levels of care. I chose it for my aunt. Hopefully, she will not change her mind and move in. They had nice menus.

Going through the communities in the area that had memory care facilities, they seemed to be the one that fit my mother the best. The patients are really well cared for. The caregivers are the best part of that facility. I was extremely impressed with how much they take care of them and how they treat them like family. I am really happy with them. She has been there about two months now. The apartments are very nice. She has got a nice big bedroom with a big window. She has her own private bathroom, sink, and refrigerator, and it's very clean and very nice. I've eaten there, and the food is very good. I like the food because the portion control is really good. They don't overfeed anybody. The dining area is very nice and very clean. The sitting room downstairs looks like a lobby of a hotel. It's very homey and very welcoming. Two to three times a week, they'll go on either a picnic or they get on the bus and go on scenic drives. They have arts, sing-alongs, exercising during the day -- just a multitude of different activities throughout the day to keep them busy. I really like everything they do with the residents, and it doesn't have an institutionalized feeling.

There were a lot of things to do here. The facility was fine and there was nothing wrong with. In fact, my daughter's mother-in-law was there and she is quite happy with the facility. Everybody was fine.
