OATS Transit(816) 380-7433Seniors aged 65 or older in Cass County can schedule rides through the Harrisonville OATS Transit office. You must reserve a space at least 24 hours in advance; space is limited. Belton seniors receive in-town service for various purposes on Wednesdays and can travel to Grandview, Harrisonville or Raymore for medical trips on the fourth Wednesday each month. OATS Transit also picks up passengers to go to the senior center every weekday.
Missouri Assistive Technology(816) 655-6700MoAT administers the Equipment Technology Consortium, a short-term loan program for assistive technology equipment. Any Missourian needing assisted technology devices may participate. These devices may include hearing and speech supports, vision devices and aids for daily living, including some mobility-related equipment. Devices are loaned for five-week periods and shipped to individuals throughout the state at no charge.
