I would give Tucson Gardens zero stars if that was an option! Families- BEWARE!! Tucson Gardens changed ownership to CarePartners on July 1st, 2025. The staffing ratios were decreased and, in my opinion, the residents are in danger. In the cottage where my loved one lives, there is usually 1 caregiver for 14 residents. On two occasions, including once during mealtime, there were zero caregivers. The residents were left alone, without a caregiver! Staff have voiced frustration and worry that they are operating at a level that is unsafe and unsustainable.
